An Electrifying Evening
First of all, I would like to thank everyone in attendance of Artisan Series Regional Finals, along Bombay Sapphire, Rush Philanthropic Arts, and of course, Juno Youn and his the entire team for this exceptional high-class event.
In all, nearly 350 people were present at the gallery, filling that evening with an insane electrifying atmosphere!
After a very close call (Taïga was one of the two favourites, to believe the rumours), the jury finally appointed Jérémie St-Pierre as the regional winner, who will exhibit his piece in Miami for the grand finale this December.
But... All is not lost!
I still have a chance to participate in the grand finale in Miami — and this is where you come in:
as many people had asked me if they could vote or help in any way during the event, you now have the decision-making power with the online voting!
It is now for you to vote!
All finalists of the 14 regions not selected for the grand finale automatically joined the online competition's preselected works. From those 400 pieces, two works will be selected to be exhibited along with the 14 regional winners for the grand finale at SCOPE Miami Art Fair in December.
How to vote
Go bombayartisan.com to vote for your favourite artist.
As the main sponsor being Bombay Sapphire gin, the site requires age confirmation of the visitor. Once done, simply browse through the works (displayed randomly) until you see the painting Taïga, shown opposite, and click on it to access the voting button. A blue checkmark will then appear in the upper left corner as confirmation.
Your vote is important - every vote counts and weighs in the balance.
You can vote once every day, until November 7; the two online winners will be announced on November 9th.
It's up to you to give me the chance to fly to SCOPE Miami Art Fair!
Thank you again so much for your continued support.
