A group of artist studios located in the Belgo Building, in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, Espace 230 houses the studios of contemporary Montreal painters.
Originally founded by Sylvie Adams and Louis-Bernard St-Jean as a grouping and collective of artists' studios, L'Espace 230 has a dual purpose: production workshops, and a place of exhibition and events.
Espace 230 has been designed and redesigned in order to present and promote the workshop and its occupants through its dedicated website and social network accounts, Facebook (espace230) and Instagram (@espace230).

Avenue Art
Avenue Art opened its doors in December 1995 with the mission to promote and present Canadian emerging artists with a local focus on the Montreal/Quebec's unique artistic flavour.
Embedded in the artistic community, Marina Cutler, the founder and gallery curator has introduced the Montreal community to many emerging artists while helping the artists themselves to establish art careers by blending unique marketing strategies with traditional artistic qualities.
In 2010, Avenue Art Gallery founded the "Brush Off" Canadian Painting Competition. Celebrating this growing success story, it continues to introduce Canadian painters to the public each year while raising awareness and funds for art based activities for people living with Alzheimer's disease.
Realizing that collectors and buyers now seek out art in an entirely different manner, AvenueArt.ca has not only furnished a place for buyers but for international artists as well to come together at their convenience.
