The title of this work is inspired by the song of the same name by the French band Feu! Chatterton, whose unique voice of the singer transcends ages and eras.

The song Ginger evokes love, fire and passion, in the context of an impending volcanic eruption.

She appears on the second album of the group, L'oiseleur, released on March 9, 2018.
