Taxes Are Now Included In Artwork Price — No more unpleasant surprises at checkout! Canadian federal and provincial taxes are now automatically included (where applicable) and adjusted accordingly to ensure the that the net total remain exactly the same as the artwork price.

You can also pick-up your new piece directly at my studio, downtown Montreal.

Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for deliveries.
This time is necessary for me find the most suitable charters for the set delivery schedule period, prepare the artwork, order the wooden crate, and process all required documentation.
Artwork Packaging & Crating
The utmost care will be taken to package your piece securely.
Any artwork on canvas larger than 24" (60 cm) will be carefully and securely placed in a professionally-made, NAFTA-compliant wooden crate, custom-built specifically for each piece.
All artworks on paper sold unframed will be secured and protected accordingly in multiple various layers of protective material.
All artworks delivered by 3rd party, whether shipped locally or abroad, are properly insured to their full sale amount.
In the event that a work of art should be damaged during transport, visual proof of damage will be required for the evaluation before considering any possibility of exchange or refund. You will be required to return the damaged work in case of exchange or refund.
Duty-Free Shipping For Original Artworks
At the time of this writing (2), any original Canadian artwork is entitled to enter the US duty-free thanks to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
While I cannot control in any way what happens outside the border, I always do my best to ensure a delivery experience as seamless as humanly possible.
I always make sure that all the required NAFTA and customs-related documentation is duly-filled and triple-checked beforehand, and that multiple copies are accompanying the artwork at all times.
Also, an additional copy of all documents (along with photos of the artwork in its crate) are provided to the customer ahead of shipping.
Finally, I constantly stay in touch the entire time, until the package is visually confirmed by the customer to have been safely delivered.
NAFTA Documentation Requirements for U.S. Customs
As such, a U.S. Tax ID or Social Security Number will be required from U.S. Customers for the NAFTA Certificate of Origin (Form 434) to ensure that U.S. Customs will release any shipment without hassle.
About Out-Of-State Sales & Use Tax (and Any Other State-Side Fees)
As I cannot anticipate nor collect any additional taxes or fees (such as Sales and/or Use Tax) issued by U.S. States who may collect them from web purchases or out-of-state purchases, these taxes and fees thus remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
International shipping fees are to be determined within 48h following an order enquiry.

Credit / Exchanges / Refunds
30-Day Exchange or Credit Policy
If you feel unsatisfied in any way with the piece, either hesitant or torn between one and another, I will gladly accept changing your piece—still unframed—with another one, whether of equal value or other; in the case of a lower-priced artwork, any remaining balance either credited towards another eventual acquisition, or if of greater value, the cost difference will be charged accordingly.

See your new piece in your house before fully committing to it! If you reside in the Greater Montreal area, I can bring your favorite piece personally and install it for you.
