I am pleased to announce that one of my artworks has been selected for the Bombay Sapphire Artisan Series semi-finals, in partnership with the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation!
It is a great honor for me to be in the semi-finals, the artwork Taiga having been selected among over a thousand applications in Canada, with over five thousands of submissions for all of North America.
The opening cocktail party will be held Thursday September 8 at Galerie Youn, where a regional winner will be chosen by a jury composed of gallery owners, curators, museum curators and art dealers from across North America.
Fourteen finalists, one from each region, will be invited to exhibit their works in December at SCOPE Miami Beach for Art Basel, one of the largest international art fairs.
The works of the ten Montreal semi-finalists will be exhibited at Galerie Youn until Monday, September 12th.
